Taïchi Chuan

Maître Shang Sanfeng, à sa fenêtre, regardait le combat d'un oiseau et d'un serpent.
Intéressé par les cris et attaques désordonnés de l'oiseau,
et observant l'esquive, l'enroulement et le déroulement des anneaux du serpent,
lui vint l'inspiration d'une discipline d'art martial.
Ainsi naquit le Taïchi Chuan.
